We take "Dignity & Pride" in providing you with the best quality products and superior customer service.  Each product is ordered and shipped to you based on your specifications when placing the order. 

To ensure that you as the purchaser receive what you are requesting, PLEASE REVIEW AND DOUBLE CHECK the sizing chart(s) for all items in your shopping chart prior to finalizing your payment.  We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS and EXCHANGES WILL ONLY BE MADE ON DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS.

 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If applicable, you'll need to send us an email with SUBJECT: Product Exchange to Exchanges@RealRootzApparel.com to notify us of the problem and in turn RECEIVE A RETURN CODE prior to sending your item(s) to:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
